Mini Album —— Hi Dad

Hi everyone, I just finished my mini album. I'm so excited that I get so many LIKEs in Facebook. Thank you soooooo much! This album is made for a friend, who just got her first baby boy. The boy looks so cute, very like his father. So I decided to make an album for him as a birth present.

I use the tutorial from Kathy's Paper Phenomenon, so easy to follow. The paper product line I choose  is from Kaisercraft. All die-cuts also from them. This product named Mister Fox. You can easily google it and find tons of beautiful project made by it.

The cover is my favorite. I use some leather piece, made as a belt, decorated it with some metal embellishments. I also cut some alphabet as my title.

As you can see, the belt can be totally removed. I thought if it is removed, it should not be ugly. That means the background of the cover must be also nice and careful designed.

OK this is the image I opened it up....
Yes it is very long.....It's hard to put all of them in the same picture.

Let's look to the left-hand-side part. A folded gate with pockets. Both of the two side I have done some decorations. Looks fun now, right?

Some add-ons. I looooove add-ons. You can easily put pictures, or diary on it, or just leave it as a decorated thing.

Two layers of the tag, fun, isn't it?

This time is a three-layer tag. I love those small ideas. I use StazOn to add images on the transparent plastic sheet. Looks not bad. And if you decided to add a picture on the middle sheet of black cardstock, this plastic sheet can also be considered as a photo overlay. Clever or not?

The biggest photo mat in this album. I think everyone will have one or two pictures that have to be huge....and do not want to cut any more. This is exactly for THAT photo.

Now comes my favorite inside page. I think for a long time to decorate it. This page has no pocket, no layers, originally it is only a very flat page. So I decided to decorate it with layers and blocks and die-cuts. Now it becomes my favorite page because of the layer.

Take some close look!

Huge pocket. Really huge.

This is a mini booklet I did for this pocket. 4*6 inches. Three layers, pockets from project life pages. You can easily sit your picture into the pockets, no decoration will also be beautiful.

You can see it is really really very long........

The right-hand-side of the album, folded gate style pockets.

Another booklet. It also contained some pockets from Project Life pages. I love it so much.

Thank you guys. I know you like them very much. I will from now on do better and share you more great project. I promise! If you like it, leave me a commend or share it on Pinterest. Thanks for stopping by!

Last but not least, I make a short video to explain the whole book... Hopefully you guys will enjoy it!
